About Our Office
We see our first patients of the day starting at 8:00 a.m., and our last scheduled appointments are at 4 p.m. Our office is closed from 1 p.m. – 2 p.m. for lunch.
The parent or legal guardian bringing the child to our office for their first visit will be responsible for the account. A parent or legal guardian must be present for the first visit and must be available to consent to treatment at any future visits.
As a courtesy to our patients, we are happy to file insurance claims for services rendered. We require a copy of your DENTAL insurance card at every visit. If you are unable to supply us with the current information we will collect payment at the time of service and reimburse you once proper documentation is provided. All portions of the bill that the insurance is not expected to cover are due at the time of service. Prior to any appointments other than check-ups, we will preauthorize any services with your insurance company so you know your out-of-pocket expense for services.
We do our very best to stay on schedule at our office. Realizing that every child is unique and providing the best care for each individual is our top priority. We will always see our patients who have an emergency. We ask your help to keep our schedule running on time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to ask you to reschedule. If you are a new patient or have new insurance information for us, we request you arrive 10 minutes early for the extra check-in time needed.
We do request a 24-hour notice for appointment cancellation. We do understand, however, that children do get sick and that much notification is not always possible. If you break an appointment, a security deposit will be required before another appointment will be made for you.
